A really good quality smooth paint. I use it as a top coat gloss on internal doors as most modern gloss paints are utter rubbish.

lve had this paint down on a ceramic tile floor for a while now. lts very thick when you put it on, takes good few hours to dry…so hard trying to keep my 5 cats off it during that time (floor leads to cat flap) I had all sorts of ‘bridges’ going on!! Anyway it needs at least 2 coats. 6 months later it has come off quite a few places, but note this floor is used everyday in our back porch. Don’t think I would buy again.
