Polyurethane Concrete Floor Primer And Sealer Clear give outstanding adhesion of successive topcoats. This product will curtail any hazard of delamination due to the bad penetration of heavy topcoats.

Surface preparation:

It must be clean and dry
Dirt free

Specifications:

Coverage: Approximately 6-10 square meters per liter
Drying time: approximately 4-6 hours
Lessens the risk of delamination
Durable
Easy to wipe
Used with Everest Trade polyurethane floor paints

Thinners:

White spirit
Turpentine

This went on the concrete sub floor with a roller very easily. Dried in a couple of hours and didn’t need a second coat. Very impressed

This product absorbs well into dry brickwork and retains its water repellency. Used it over a year ago and still performing well. Walls the felt cold to the touch after a period of wet weather have gone. 2 coats are needed. I’ve bought another so it can be re coated the following year
